When a psychic's prediction comes true, does that fulfilled prediction come from God?

Is God still creating angels today?

Nowhere in Scripture is there evidence that new angels have been added since their initial creation, and since angels are immortal beings they do not die there are great numbers of them. It seems reasonable to surmise that there are at least as many spirit beings in existence as there will have been human beings in all their history on earth.
