How do I know I'm saved?
If you make a confession of faith with your mouth (make a public statement) that you believe Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, and genuinely repent of your sins the Word of God assures us that we are saved (see "How do I become saved" FAQ). Salvation in Christ is a deliberate decision to surrender your will to the guidance of the Holy Spirit who will lead you to begin a new life in Christ that reflects the new you.
Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God" (1 John 4:15).
